waicu counselor workshops
Each fall and spring, WAICU sponsors an in-person workshop and learning opportunity for school counselors. Professionals including high school and middle school counselors, pre-college mentors, and more join our workshops to connect with and hear more about Wisconsin’s private, nonprofit colleges and universities.
Every workshop includes short presentations from each of our institutions and breakout sessions to connect with admissions representatives. There is no cost for counselors to attend, and light meals are provided.

Invite a speaker to your school
Please contact our Director of Outreach if you are planning an in-person or virtual event, and would like to include a speaker from WAICU to introduce Wisconsin's private nonprofit colleges.
College seminar tour
Each summer, counselors are invited to register for a weeklong College Seminar tour that includes visits to colleges and universities in Wisconsin and neighboring states. Participants can earn 3 DPI-approved credits through Marian University. For more information, check out the website, call 920-923-7650 or email cst@marianuniversity.edu.
