The mobile carrier industry is under pressure to deploy 5G infrastructure. Current emphasis is on large towers, rural coverage, upgrades to existing equipment, and increasing capacity where providers already have presence. The regulatory environment is also unsettled on the topic of net neutrality. This has created a momentary lull in Wisconsin activity, but that could turn around at any time.
