The WAICU Compensation Survey is one of our collaborative, cost-saving programs, developed at the request of the WAICU HR Directors. WAICU partner Carlson Dettmann Consulting has conducted this survey since 2019, with the intention of gathering information that is more regional and providing a report that is more affordable than other national surveys. The data can then be used for employee recruitment and promotion efforts.

The survey is sent out to private, nonprofit colleges in Wisconsin and Illinois, and technical or community colleges in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa. This year’s survey just launched, and the report should be available early this fall.

Note that the WAICU Compensation Survey is different from the WAICU Salary Survey sent to the WAICU-member presidents.
