WAICU Forms New Event Planners Affinity Group
WAICU has expanded its network of affinity groups with a new group for WAICU staff responsible for event planning at each institution. WAICU affinity groups are identified by organizational function and provide a way for WAICU-member college and university colleagues to network, share ideas and best practices, seek advice, and gain professional development.
The Event Planners group was established by request as a forum to exchange questions and ideas related to event planning and coordination, calendaring, vendor management, and connected work. The WAICU Event Planners affinity group has a dedicated WAICU Connect community where members can communicate and share resources.
