WAICU partners with The Coalition for College Cost Savings to utilize several of their cost-saving collaborative programs. The DeepSeas program is one of those affiliate programs. This is available to WAICU members due to WAICU’s membership in the Coalition.

Print & Copy Services and Promotional Products

DigiCOPY is a Wisconsin-based digital printer that provides unique print solutions for WAICU members. The WAICU agreement covers a wide array of services, including special pricing on business cards and paper purchases.

Facilities management, including on-site and virtual print solutions. To date, DigiCOPY has replaced six internal print shops at member colleges with a virtual print solution.

Direct mail, from design and setup to production and distribution. DigiCOPY has the tools to handle your entire mailing projects from start to finish. DigiCOPY is a USPS Authorized full service mailing agent. The mailing types include:

  • First Class Mail® (Less than 200 pieces & select larger mailings)
  • Standard “Bulk” Mail™ (Select mailings more than 200 pieces)

  • Production, Postage & Delivery
  • Postage discounts for Educational Institutions

State-of-the-art web-to-print software to facilitate all these solutions via customized online web portals. There are no initial or ongoing fees for setting up the web portals for WAICU members. This WAICU program is designed to be flexible and allows choices for members. For example, DigiCOPY can be used by select, specific departments on campus, or, if members prefer, DigiCOPY can be implemented as a campus wide print services solution. Member references available upon request.

WAICU Educational Technology Consortium (WAICU ETC)

The WAICU Educational Technology Consortium, or WAICU ETC, was organized in 2005 for the joint selection, purchase (including financing), implementation, maintenance, and operation of a common administrative/academic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. On some measures, WAICU ETC is considered one of the largest, if not the largest, academic technology consortium in the United States. WAICU ETC members benefit from discounted software costs and dramatically reduced pricing on maintenance. WAICU ETC is, in principle and practice, vendor neutral and offers two state-of-the-art solutions.
