WAICU partners with The Coalition for College Cost Savings to utilize several of their cost-saving collaborative programs. The Procure to Pay Automation program is one of those affiliate programs.

The WAICU Educational Technology Consortium, or WAICU ETC, was organized in 2005 for the joint selection, purchase (including financing), implementation, maintenance, and operation of a common administrative/academic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. On some measures, WAICU ETC is considered one of the largest, if not the largest, academic technology consortium in the United States. WAICU ETC members benefit from discounted software costs and dramatically reduced pricing on maintenance. WAICU ETC is, in principle and practice, vendor neutral and offers two state-of-the-art solutions.
