Admissions requirements

Herzing offers a personal approach to admissions with a five step process, customized for each student:

1. Students visit, on campus or virtually, to discuss program options, specific requirements for admissions and graduation, and resources available to support students in the achievement of their academic goals.

2. Students complete an application and submit required transcripts.  All programs require a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

3. Students complete appropriate assessments, entrance exams and any additional documents as required per program of interest.

4. Students work with a funding aid advisor on a comprehensive funding plan.

5. Once admitted, students prepare and begin class.

How AP/IB credits are handled

AP and IB credits are accepted on a case-by-case basis determined on a variety of factors, including test scores.
