Medical School: Candidates must apply to the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS). All applicants must take the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) within three years prior to matriculation. Applicants are required to have earned a minimum of 90 undergraduate graded credits, including the prerequisites, at an accredited college or university in the U.S. or Canada. Baccalaureate degree is not required. CASPer exam and complete secondary application are required. Holistic application review of all application materials is conducted on a rolling basis. Early application completion is recommended.

MSA Program: Baccalaureate degree required from an American or Canadian institution that is accredited by an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). Candidates must apply through the Centralized Application Service for Anesthesiologist Assistants (CASAA). All applicants must submit MCAT or GRE test scores from within 5 years of application deadline and must meet minimum score requirements (490 MCAT, 150 Quantitative, 290 Total GRE). Minimum 8 hours of anesthesia shadowing, three reference letters, transcripts, and resumes are required.

Graduate School: Baccalaureate degree required. Holistic application review is conducted, including application, reference letters, transcripts, and GRE scores.

School of Pharmacy: Candidates must apply through the PharmCAS application website. Applicants must complete a minimum of 90 undergraduate credit hours, including prerequisites, at an accredited American or Canadian college or university.  Baccalaureate degree is not required. The Pharmacy College Admission Test (PCAT) or MCAT are optional. Holistic application review is conducted, including reviews of reference letters, personal statements, and work/volunteer experience.
