WAICU has made some exciting changes to how people can access important information about Wisconsin’s 22 private, nonprofit colleges and universities.  

We have moved The Guide to Admissions and Financial Aid completely online. Along with “going green,” our new website gives students greater access to information at their fingertips to explore their higher education opportunities. Moving The Guide online also allows us to provide timely, important up-to-date information about our colleges.  

Our website incorporates a search tool to help students “find their fit” by matching students’ interests with college majors. Students can begin exploring these options as early as middle school. The website also allows users to see profiles of each of our colleges, send them messages directly, and find information about setting up visits. 

The website also has campus contacts for foster youth, students with disabilities, and transfer opportunities. It is truly designed to be people’s primary resource for easy access and information about Wisconsin’s private, nonprofit colleges and universities. 

To help school counselors and students quickly access information online, we have developed flyers with QR codes to seamlessly navigate the website and mailed these, along with our newly developed posters, to middle and high school counselors and our other educational partners in Wisconsin and beyond.
