WIPCCC Hosts Another Successful Career Expo

WAICU was honored to be part of the 2025 WIPCCC Career Expo, attended by more than 650 students and recent grads for full-time, part-time, and internship roles. The event was held in the Third Street Market Hall in downtown Milwaukee. Students and recent grads explored opportunities with more than 100 companies, from Fortune 500 to nonprofits. We shared information about our WAICU Nonprofit Internship Program. Applications for these sixteen summer opportunities are being accepted now.
The Wisconsin Private Colleges Career Consortium (WIPCCC) Career Expo was held on February 18, 2025, in downtown Milwaukee in the beautiful space inside the Third Street Market Hall. This was the second year that the Career Expo was held at this venue that provides more opportunities for students and alumni to network, mingle, and stay engaged longer with employers.
The Career Expo attracts more than 650 students and alumni each year to meet nearly 100 regional and national employers in fields ranging from accounting and engineering to healthcare and education. The Expo provides an efficient and effective way to interact with potential employers and learn about exciting internships and full- and part-time employment opportunities with Fortune 500 companies, Wisconsin-based businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
WAICU students and alumni are offered a wide diversity of experiences from potential employers. Each year, the Career Expo is the premier place for these connections.
