We videotaped Wisconsin employers looking for great employees at the 2025 WIPCCC Career Expo, attended by more than 650 students and recent grads. Students and recent grads explored opportunities with more than 100 companies, from Fortune 500 to nonprofits.

WAICU has created a series of short videos featuring Wisconsin business recruiters explaining why they desire to hire Wisconsin Private College graduates.

Employers spoke about the importance of college graduates for their workforce and the value these grads bring to their organizations and Wisconsin’s economic growth and vitality.

Employers were videotaped at the 2025 Career Expo organized by the Wisconsin Independent Private College Career Consortium (WIPCCC).

WAICU is sharing these videos with public officials and external stakeholders to demonstrate higher education’s critical connection to Wisconsin’s workforce and Wisconsin’s economic prosperity.
