Executive Leadership Institute

Credo partners with WAICU to provide a cohort-based senior leadership development opportunity to evaluate their own skills, gifts, and calling against the primary leadership needs in today’s higher education environment. This experience will be valuable for those in mid-senior to senior campus roles (cabinet members, deans, etc.) in academic affairs, enrollment management, student affairs, student services, marketing, finance, advancement, and other key areas. Credo facilitates the opening and closing workshops for each cohort, focusing on personal leadership, elements of thriving institutions and a personal plan to move forward.

Program Details*

Interview Assignment
The purpose of the interview is to support participants’ progress on their roadmap The goal is for you to find out what works or doesn’t work for someone else as a leader and see what fits for you. Are there takeaways from the interviewee’s style that you would like to incorporate? Lessons learned? Or is it not a match for your intentions? The format is intentionally loose – we want it to be what you make of it.

Cohort Discussions
The cohort discussions are optional and are intended to provide the group with an opportunity to come together to discuss leadership challenges, ideas, and best practices. Topics are determined by the group.

Closing Workshop
Credo joins us again for the closing 3/4-day workshop. The agenda includes

  • Revisiting your roadmap
  • Sharing successes and obstacles
  • Goal revision and tying it all together
