WAICU partners with Credo to provide a cohort-based senior leadership development opportunity to evaluate their own skills, gifts, and calling against the primary leadership needs in today’s higher education environment. This experience will be valuable for those in mid-senior to senior campus roles (cabinet members, deans, etc.) in academic affairs, enrollment management, student affairs, student services, marketing, finance, advancement, and other key areas. Credo facilitates the opening and closing workshops for each cohort, focusing on personal leadership, elements of thriving institutions and a personal plan to move forward.
