By submitting, we affirm to uphold high standards in areas important to higher education institutions, including data privacy, data security, intellectual property, and ethical business practices.

I acknowledge that WAICU reserves the right to terminate a vendor’s ally status at any time without refund.

Vendor agrees that it will not independently create or coordinate group meetings with multiple WAICU members without the consent and involvement of WAICU and that any such meetings, seminars, workshops or other gatherings involving multiple WAICU members will be coordinated by WAICU staff. Exceptions may be made if mutually agreed upon in writing at least four (4) weeks in advance of the meeting.
